I request a down payment of approx. 50% before starting a project (helps cover cost of materials etc.) I request the remainder of the balance at either time of pickup or within two weeks after the project is completed. Accepted payment methods are either card (with credit card there is a small processing fee) or cash. There is also an additional state mandatory 8% charge for sales tax.

A few smaller knife cuts or shot holes in a skin are not unusual, but if an animal has extensive damage (from skinning, shot damage, fighting etc.) I prefer to inspect it in person (or send good photos) and price it by custom quote. For whitetails and some other species it is often a better option to get a replacement cape.

Pricing for bases, custom habitats, panels, engravings, etc are done by custom quote in addition to the starting price of the mount as shown in the price list. The price of a base and habitat setup can change very quickly, for example, the base/habitat for a smaller life-size mammal will run lets say 2 to $300 for a wall hung display, whereas if you elect to go with a  floor display complete with octagon hardwood base it can be substantially more.
